Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

Every Reco. order is hand-packed and shipped from our Canadian fulfillment centre, with full tracking from the moment it leaves us to the moment it reaches your door.

Where we ship

For the remainder of 2026, Reco. ships within Canada only. We'll be opening shipping to the United States in 2027.

Processing time

Orders are processed within [1–2] business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times & rates

  • Delivery: 3–8 business days after processing, depending on your location
  • Standard shipping: [$12] flat, or free on orders over [$100]
  • Full tracking included on every order

Delivery windows are estimates from the date your order ships, not the date it's placed. They aren't guaranteed and may vary with carrier volume, weather, and remote destinations.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can follow your parcel from our facility to your door. If you have an account, tracking is also available under your order history.

Taxes

All applicable Canadian taxes (GST, HST, or PST/QST, depending on your province) are calculated and shown at checkout. There's nothing further to pay on delivery.

Shipping to PO boxes

We're able to deliver to most PO boxes in Canada. A small number of courier services can't deliver to PO boxes — if that affects your order, we'll reach out before shipping.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

Every order is fully tracked, and we want it to arrive in the same condition it left us. If your parcel is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at [contact@recodot.com] within [7] days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

Shipping to the U.S. and beyond

We're a Vancouver-based brand and plan to open shipping to the United States in 2027. International shipping will follow.
