The Morph series brings architectural deconstructivism into soft materials, using a folding structure to break the boundaries between bag types. A single bag, transformed by its strap — switching between a structured Boston and a draped triangle hobo. Built around the triangle as a form that holds both stability and change at once.

The Medium edition scales Morph up for the workday and beyond. Holds a 14″ laptop alongside your daily essentials, while still transforming between the same two silhouettes — structured when you need it to behave, draped when you don't. A cotton-linen canvas body meets full-grain cowhide trim. The included extended strap unlocks crossbody carry, and a detachable base adapts the bag's shape for travel and longer days.

Cotton-linen blend canvas (60% cotton, 40% linen) paired with full-grain cowhide trim at handles, edges, and corner reinforcements. The fabric carries a natural slub texture and a soft hand that contrasts with the structured leather — texture against texture, lightness against grain. The leather will develop its own patina with use; the canvas will soften with every carry.
